Employs 25 people (7 professional staff, 11 classified employees, 5 graduate student assistants, and 2 undergraduate student workers).
Supported paritally through contracts negotiated annually with Texas Education Agency.
Financed largely through sales of instructional materials (a large majority of operational costs).
